The Repayment Plan and Ongoing Enforcement
In 2025, the bankruptcy court confirmed a reorganization plan under which Tasha K would pay Cardi B roughly 1.1 to 1.2 million dollars over five years, with the remainder of the judgment still owed afterward. The plan also included a non-disparagement clause barring Tasha K from making defamatory or derogatory statements about Cardi B or her family.
The dispute did not fully end there. In 2026, Cardi B filed a motion seeking sanctions, alleging Tasha K had violated the non-disparagement clause multiple times. As of this update, the court had not ruled on that motion, so the enforcement chapter of the case remained active.
